Deposits & Payments

As Promised, Fuel went Down and we have returned to our pre $4.00 a gallon hunt pricing.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking hunts except when booking an un-guided duck hunt then a full payment is required. Select one person from your group to coordinate your dates and make your payments. All deposits and payments for hunts must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your invoice. Our hunts are conducted in all types of weather and if we must cancel a hunt, your deposit will be used for a hunt in the future this season or the next. All waivers and the balance of payments to be made prior to the first days hunt. Deposits and payments may be made by check, major credit card or Paypal. Balance to be made in cash, cashiers check or money order prior to the first hunt. A company check can be used with prior notice and approval NO PERSONAL CHECKS IN THE FIELD. We are instituting a 10% early pay program for those who wish this discount, full payment will be required with in TWO WEEKS of receiving your invoice

Your guides work from the end of October to on or about march 20th every day from 5am to 8 pm and later. They have a very hard job organizing, setting, moving and cleaning your fields. They hunt every day in the rain, snow and ice whether it is hot or below 0 with wind chill. Please remember that when speaking with or tipping your guide.

We have high standards for quality hunts. If we must cancel a hunt due to the lack of birds or dangerous weather conditions, your deposit will be applied to a future hunt in this season or for a hunt next season. We have this policy because we want you to have a quality hunt. It is not only good business but it is the right thing to do.

Guided Snow Goose Hunts
All guided snow goose hunts are full day hunts before sunrise to sunset

Six persons per field Minimum. Daily rate single gun per day - $225.00
Daily rate per gun group (6 guns or more) -$160.00
Five day Package rate per gun -$800.00
Three day weekday package rate per gun (Saturdays and Sundays are not included) -$460.00
Three day weekday group package rate -$2700.00 (six hunters) $150.00 per gun
Less than full groups welcome but will be added to a mixed party (No Dog Allowed).
You may bring one well behaved dog under the owners control at all times with full groups of six or more only.

If you wish to hunt with only your group you must have a full group of 6 or pay field rate of $960.00.

No food or eating allowed in pits or blinds.

No hunters are allowed in the field with out a guide.

Lunch break is from 12 +/- to 2:00/2:30, if the birds are flying we will send out for lunch. Food to be eaten at parking area.

Fields are assigned daily.

If you do not wish to hunt with a group larger than 6 and not over 10 you will not be hunting from any of our over 44 ft pits in NW Missouri.

 

Unguided Duck Hunts

The hunts are priced on per pit/per day basis, NOT on a per man basis.
The pits have a maximum capacity of 5(five) people.
Daily hunt @ $350.00/per pit/per day/week days only
Two Day Hunt Package @ $450.00
Three day Package @ $600.00

 

REBATE OFFER

IF ALL LITTER HAS BEEN REMOVED AND DECOYS REBAGGED AND PLACED IN PIT AND THE BRUSH AROUND THE PIT HAS NOT BEEN DISTROYED A $50.00 REBATE WILL BE RETURNED VIA MAIL after we return to the office in late March!
All pits are inspected before and after each parties hunt.

 

Guided Combination Duck and Goose Hunts

These hunts are from pit blinds and Layouts and are from half hour before sunrise to sun set or when you limit out with a 2 hour break for lunch out of the field. These hunts are for a maximum of four (4) hunters with a minimum of two (2) hunters.
One well behaved dog under the owners control at all time is welcome with full groups only.

Daily rate per hunter less than full group-$200.00
Day rate for full group of four (4)-$640.00
Two day rate per hunter less then full group-$160.00
Two day package rate for a full group-$1200.00
That's just $150.00 per hunter a day for a fully guided SE Missouri duck hunt!

 

GUIDED LAYOUT BOAT HUNTS

Minimum two day hunt required with 4 persons maximum and rates apply as guided duck hunts.

 

Seasonal Field Leases

80 acre flooded rice field with one beaver style in ground pit seasonal lease $4000.00- 08/09 waterfowl season rate, Missouri South Zone & we supply all water.

 

Guided Fall Goose Hunts

Our goose hunts are limited to a maximum of four hunters with a minimum of two hunters. Hunts begin at legal shooting time and run until 3:00 pm or when we limit out.
Daily rate per gun less than full group -$175.00
Daily rate full group- $600.00
Two day full group package rate-$950.00
That is less than $120.00 per hunter a day!
No dogs in mixed Groups and only one well behaved dog per group
It is the owner's responsibility to care for and control the dog at all times.

NO HARD GUN CASES are to be brought in to the fields,
NO GUNS WITH BARRLES under 26”
NO PORTED BARRELED GUNS UNDER 28”
THESE ARE SAFETY FACTORS

All HUNTERS ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM SELF’S BEFORE THEY LEAVE THE FIELD. NO FOOD IN PITS OR BLINDS
